• How to wear your baby..
• How to swaddle your baby & the many benefits..
• Information on SIDS..
• How to care for mom after a vaginal delivery..
• How to care for mom after a c-section delivery..
• Tips for exercising following delivery..
• and much more..

Most couples find this class most beneficial between 34 & 38 weeks pregnant. 

Classes are scheduled on a  "as needed" basis and registration and deposit are required. Cost of this class is $50.00 per couple. Class is 3 hours long.

Newborn massage is also known as the healing massage. The healing time for a healthy newborn is generally 4-6 weeks. During this time, the healthy baby is recovering for the birth experience.

This 1.5 hour class will teach you the tools and techniques that will help you bond,nurture and heal your baby. It also provides dad's with special "daddy & baby" time. Performing massage has been proven to have both physiological and psychological benefits for the baby. This class is held the first Saturday of every month @ 10am.

Infant massage may be used after the baby has completed his/her healing process from the birth experience. Baby massage is a healthy and natural way to promote health and well being during infancy. Baby massage helps children grow into adults who know how to deal effectively with stress because they have been trained in relaxation from the start. It's also a great way for dads to bond with their babies.

This 1.5 hour class will teach you the tools and techniques that will help you bond,nurture and communicate with your baby. This class is held the first Tuesday of every month @ 6pm.
